The Blooming Well Project

The Blooming Well Project is delivered in partnership with The NHS Ageing Well initiative. The project provides specifically designed therapeutic horticulture and wellbeing activities in order to help those in the group stay happy and healthy. Carers enjoy respite to alleviate the pressures of providing full time care. The Blooming Well Project is for people living with dementia.

This project is supported by the Kavli Trust

The Health Care Project

The Health Care Project is for those 55 and over. It offers a range of activities and events all year around. Clinic Café host different health related speakers who deliver important health care information in a fun and informal way.

This project also offers exercise classes like Yoga and Pilates in The Garden’s beautiful Pavilion Room, or for a more chilled out approach, a relaxing pedicure service is also available. To take part in any of the Health Care Project classes please call 01665 511350 to book.

The Social Project

The Social Project brings people together to learn, socialise and build friendships.  There are activities such as our bi-monthly Tea Dance or join the gents in the Gentlemen’s Garden.
